Due to the change of the policy on housing provision, it seems that there is the necessity to construct basic infrastructures for the society integration to reduce the gap between social classes. Particularly, houses for the rent and those for the installment were both provided for the public housing. The provision policy that focuses on the arrangement of the physical environment of the public housing lead has led to many social problems, and there has been increasing concern to solve the problems. In this respect, the research conducted an empirical analysis on the factors that effect the preference of the arrangement of the public rental house carrying out survey on the residents of the public rental house, referencing A study on the investigation of dwellings in 2006 . It was concluded that educational background(-), monthly income(-), residential area(+), effected on the adjacent arrangement type, gender(+), and the fellowship with neighbors(+) the intention to move to public housings(+), marital status(-), and the fellowship with neighbors(+), effect on the compound arrangement within the complex, and the age(-), the intention to move to public housings(+), residential area(-), and the fellowship with neighbors(+) effected on the compound arrangement within the dwelling unit. Particularly, the fellowship with neighbors was found to have an influence in the preference of the compound arrangement method within the dwelling unit for social mix, and the customized house provision strategy by forming communities is need to enhance the effectiveness of house provision policy for the social mix.
