The global history of civilizational exchanges between european and asian or african communities generally created conflicts or relations of dominance and subordination of mutual communities. Contrastively one contemporary central asian country created harmonization frame of various communities which had european or asian origin, though the introduction & execution of such concept and structure of civilizational(or cultural) coexistence had interpreted as a kind of assimilation to the dominant group or communities. Kazakhstan, which had been established and dominated by nomadic ruling class, had experienced structural transformation from single ethnic domination to multi ethnic coexistence since in the middle of 19th century, which had been guided by the imperial russain authorities. With a few mass immigration flows of non-indigenous ethnic groups to the territory of Soviet Kazakhstan accelerated multicultural experiments of Soviet ethnic policies in Kazakhstan. Ironically Ethnic based multicultural social structure had been formed in the Soviet Period under the domination of russian culture, the contemporary independent Kazakhstan republic have kept such inheritage of imperial and soviet period with the wide cultural tolerance of indigenous major ethnic group(Kazakh). With this structure the 21st Century Kazakhstan is an actual example of multicultural society, which had been formed by coexistence among various ethnic groups of european & asian origins.
