The Effect of Environmental uncertainty and Differentiation Strategy, decentralization of Performance of Venture Business

Through this study, I would like to show how such as Environment, Strategy and decentralization of Performance of Venture Business The purpose of this study to empirical identify the influence on the performance of venture business. For the study, the data were gathered from the establish of venture business in Seoul, Gyunggi, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju province through the questionnaires. the data for this research was collected for 266 venture businesses utilizing the sampling method after analysis of the data in terms of ML(maximum Likelihood) procedure in AMOS 6.0 was used and the major results are summarized as follows; First, it was found out that Environmental uncertainty are directly related to Differentiation Strategy and it was found out that is related to Second, it was found out that Environmental uncertainty are not directly related to decentralization Third, it was found out that Differentiation Strategy are directly related to Management Performance. Fourth, Differentiation Strategy were related to decentralization . The major contributions of this study are identifying the influence on the performance of venture business by means of structural equation model and the primary factors which had effect on venture business, The relationship between the Management Performance in various areas such as contingency theory, industrial structure theorem this research classified a Environmental uncertainty into a few the company have an effect on the outcome of venture business, The result of this study Differentiation Strategy that the performance of venture business on the materials and components business in Korea is affected performance. Nevertheless, this study can be improved with more analysis on theoretical development, development of variables, the comparative method, and etc.
