This study attempts to analyze the factors affecting the performance there are some differences between Korea ventures business and China ventures business. Venture businesses have highly developed the industrial structure through a new technique and a new enterprise. They have been playing an important role in the development of the national economy and capital market through revitalizing a venture capital market. For the study, Korea ventures the data were gathered from the establish of venture business in Seoul, Gyunggi, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju province through the questionnaires. Research hypothesis were examined based on the gathered data. the data for this research was collected for 266 venture businesses China ventures business Jilin, Guangdong, Tianjin, Shanghai, province through the questionnaires. Research hypothesis were examined based on the gathered data. the data for this research was collected for 314 utilizing the sampling method after analysis of the data in terms of ML(maximum Likelihood) procedure in AMOS 6.0 was used and the major results are summarized as follows; There are some differences between Korea and China. To ensure the measurement equivalence when the questionnaire was converted from Korean to Chinese, the questionnaire was pretested in China and was back-translated. Most of the Chinese venture companies were founded by highly educated entrepreneurs. We found significant differences between Chinese and Korean ventures in terms of success factors and managerial characteristics. many research for venture business in many other countries, but there was little empirical study focuses on Korea ventures business and China ventures business Significant differences were found in the risk-taking of entrepreneur, environmental characteristics, competitive strategies. Most of the Chinese venture businesses were founded by highly educated entrepreneurs. Differential environmental opportunities have a possibility of motivating entrepreneurs to operate actively firm. But they were always accompanied with many threat factors of business area. An entrepreneur s risk-taking was reported to affect reversely the performance of venture business in China. An environmental uncertainty offers new insights into the characteristic of venture firms in an institutional environment. From the view of environment-strategy cost leadership was accounted as an more important strategy than technology innovation differentiation strategy.
