Growth strategy for Selphone : smartphone trading start-up Selphone co. ltd has been launched by Joongpil Choi in 2015 with two cofounder once he worked securities company in South Korea. He found business opportunities on used phone market and decide to launch his business. This project is to launch a new business strategy for Selphone co. ltd where is start-up that help to intermediate used phone between person to person and person to company via mobile application. Although this service has a tremendous users and internal potential, specific business model has not been existed. Regarding used market condition, Nominal Group Technic and Consumer Questionnaire Survey are adapted to establish new business model. Nominal Group Technic is used to draw Online Mobile Open/Registration Service as a new business model for Selphone co. ltd. Also, Consumer Questionnaire Survey helped to figure out specific factors to operate this service. The specific plans are all detailed in this thesis and Selphone co. ltd has a plan to proceed business model according to related output.
