중국 초ㆍ중등학교 설립ㆍ운영체제 개혁에 관한 연구

The Reform Review of China’s Elementary and Secondary School Running System - Centred on the Transformation of Public Schools

중국의 교육체제개혁은 개혁개방이래에 국가 발전에 영향을 미치는 중대한 조치이다. 학교설립ㆍ운영체제 개혁은 교육체제개혁의 중요한 부분으로서 중대한 의미를 지니고 있다. 본 논문은 학교설립ㆍ운영체제 개혁 중의 공립초ㆍ중등학교 체제전환의 배경, 발전현황, 문제점과 건의사항 등 측면에서 중국공립 초ㆍ중등학교 체제 개혁의 변천 과정에 대해 논술하였다. 아울러 향후 중국 학교설립ㆍ운영체제 개혁의 방향을 제시하였다.

The reform of China’s education system is one of important measures related to national development since China’s reform and opening-up. As an important part of education system reform, the reform of running school system has more extraordinary significance. Focusing on the aspects of background, development and problems and suggestions of the transformation of public elementary and secondary school which is the most controversial part of running school system reform, this thesis states the changes in education system reform at the turn of the century and the development trend of this reform in the future.
