In order to establish a South Korea China logistics network in China’s ‘One Belt One Road Initiative’, the purpose of this study focuses on drawing up a rail and ferry logistics network to effectively deal with rising trade volumes between the two nations. Many previous studies have been conducted regarding such transportation systems. However, there is no research on the promotion of Rail Ferry∼TCR Systems in the ‘One Belt One Road Initiative’ policy, and especially no related research has been conducted using AHP analysis. Therefore, this study used the AHP analysis technique to suggest a priority for Rail-Ferry∼TCR promotion within an activation strategy for South Korea China logistics network in accordance with the ‘One Belt One Road Initiative’. For empirical analysis, the sub-factors were collected from previous studies and new strategy sub-factors were suggested by specialists at Comprehensive Freight Agents and doctorate-level experts at the Integrated Logistics Association through focus group interviews (FGI). According to the result, activation strategies should be prioritized in the order of S3 (0.111), O1 (0.099), O3 (0.089), S4 (0.076).
