Research on the Encounter of Creativity Elements and Character Elements

본 연구의 목적은 창의성요소와 인성요소의 유기적 결합을 시도하여 창의인성요 소를 도출해 보는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 첫째, 선행연구에서 나타나는 창의 성과 인성의 연계 관점을 분석하였다. 분석결과 창의성 중심 연계 관점, 인성 중심 연계 관점, 창의성과 인성의 통합 연계 관점으로 나누어 제시되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시하고 있는 창의성과 인성의 연계 관점에 대한 한계점을 제시하고, 그 대안으로 창의성과 인성의 융합 관점을 새롭게 제안하 였다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 제안한 창의성과 인성의 융합 관점을 바탕으로 창의성요 소와 인성요소의 유기적 결합을 시도하여 창의인성요소를 도출하였다. 연구결과 창의인성요소는 문제에 관심 갖기(사회문제 인식능력, 탐구능력), 대안모색(다양성 수용능력, 구체적 판단능력), 행동 실천력(자기행동 조절능력, 관계형성능력) 등 3개의 유목을 중심으로 6개의 세부유목과 27개의 세부요소가 도출되었다.

This research aims to derive creativity-character elements from combining creativity elements and character elements. The researcher analyzed the connection between creativity and character studied in preceding researches in order to organically combine creativity elements and character elements. The result indicates that there are three perspectivesㅡcreativity-based perspective, character-based perspective, and creativity & character-based perspective. This research raises questions regarding the connection between creativity and character suggested by the preceding studies and presents the creativity & character-based perspective. Also, creativity-character elements were derived from organic combination of creativity elements and character elements based on the creativity & character-based perspective. As a result, creativity-character elements had 6 sub-categories and 27 sub-elements based on 3 categoriesㅡhaving interests in problems, finding alternatives, and practicing action. The creativity-character elements derived from this research are hopefully expected to be used as the base for the development of various creativity-character education programs and teacher training programs.
