조직개발기법을 활용한 학교공동체 컨설팅 모형 개발

본 연구에서는 학교공동체 형성을 위한 방법으로 조직개발기법을 활용한 학교공 동체 컨설팅 모형을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 문헌분석을 기반으로 박사급 연구자 4인의 구성원검토를 실시하여 모형의 초안을 제시하였으며, 초안은 전문가 검토를 거처 수정하고 내용 타당도 검사를 실시하였다. 학교공동체 컨설팅 모형은 학교공동체로의 학교변화를 목표로 하고 있으며 이를 위해 컨설팅 모형의 초안에는 Lewin의 조직변화 3단계 과정과 Rogers의 혁신 확산 그래프에 따른 세부 과정과 각 단계별 대상과 결과물을 제시하였다. 그리고 전문가 검토를 통한 수정 보완하였으며, 이렇게 제안한 모형의 최종안에는 학교체제의 변화 모색기, 학교체제 변화 확산기, 새로운 학교체제 정착기로 단계명이 변경되었으며, 컨설턴트와 컨설티가 각 단계에서 해야할 구체적 역할과 실제적 도구를 제시하였다. 본 모형은 학교공동체를 지향하는 컨설팅모형으로 각 단계마다 구체화된 컨설턴트와 컨설티의 활동과 지원 도구를 포함한 모형을 제안하고 있어 현장의 활용가능성이 높다. 또한 기존의 학교컨설팅 모형의 비판적 논의와 재구성 사례로 의미를 지닌다.

It offers a school community consulting with organization development tool as a method to form a school community. To achieve this purpose, offer a draft which four doctoral members checked, based on literature review. Second, examine by experts and modify the model. Then, assess the model through expert verification and reflect feedback. Finally, offer the final draft detailed consulting activities and supporting elements are included in this research based on Lewin’s three process in organization change and Rogers’s innovation diffusion graph. Core activity process is comprised of three phases. Each phase’s supporting elements are relevant information, main activities and tools. The school community consulting model aims developing consultee s competency to manage issues and detailed consulting activities and supporting feasible elements are included in this research, so that it is practical in the aspect that it has high applicability in school field. So, this research suggests a school consulting model which aims school community so that it can be a turning point for the research of applicability in field.
