수준기를 활용한 재난발생 구조물에 대한 안전진단 기법제안

A Suggestion of the Structural Safety Inspection Method in Disasters using Water Level

많은 소방공무원들은 재난이 발생된 구조물 내에서 안전성을 확보 받지 못한채 소방 및 구조활동을 수행하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수준기를 활용하여 재난발생 시 투입되는 인력에 대한 안전확보를 지원할 수있는 구조물 안전진단 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 구조물에 설치된 수준기 기포의 움직임을 이미지 처리를 통해 분석하고, 이를 통해 예상되는 구조물의 거동양상, 방향, 크기 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 재난 대응⋅조사에 투입되는 인력이 붕괴위험의 구조물내에서 최소한의 안전성을 확보하는데 유용할 것으로 판단 된다.

Safety inspection method was proposed using water level, in order to ensure safety of fire fighters when firefighters accomplish the relief work and rescue operation. The direction, displacement, and pattern of bubble movement of water level were monitored in disaster structures by installing the water level and analyzing the image processing. Safety inspection method enables to analyze the behavior of structure using the water level. Consequently, proposed method is expected to ensure the minimal safety of firefighters from the disaster.
