국내 재난안전 산업생태계 활성화를 위한 기술사업화 전략

Technology Commercialization Strategy for Vitalization of Disaster-Safety Business Ecosystem in Korea

본 연구는 재난안전산업에 대한 기술사업화 전략 수립을 목적으로 수행되었다. 기술산업 생태계 분석과 특허네트워크 분석 결과를 활용하여 통합적으로 분석하였고, 비즈니스 생태계 관점에서 통합 표시하여 재난안전기술의 생태계 영역과 기술의 발전강도 및 현황을 분석하였다. 통합적 분석 결과, 재난안전산업 생태계 내에서는 보완재 영역의 기술이 발전정도가 높고 출원인의 수가 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 재난안전기술은 예·경보시스템 분야에 편중되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 재난안전산업 기술사업화 선순환시스템을 제시하였고, 연구결과는 재난안전산업 생태계 활성화에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study is to establish a technology commercialization strategy for vitalization of disaster-safety industry. An integrated approach was utilized based on both business ecosystem analysis and patent network analysis. The business ecosystem analysis inspected the overall business environment in detail, while the patent network analysis examined technologically strong and weak areas by visualizing the linkages between IPC (International Patent Classification) code structure and patent applicants in Korea. The integrated analysis found that the complementary assets of the disaster-safety technologies in business ecosystem had a strong development trend and many research entities in them. Disaster-safety technologies were also concentrated in the forecasting and warning system sectors. This study suggests a positive structure for technological commercialization, and the results of this research are expected to be applied in vitalizing disaster-safety industry in Korea
