임금근로장애인의 좋은일자리상태변화가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 종단연구

A Longitudinal Study of the Good Job status change of Wage Earners with Disabilities on Life Satisfaction

본 연구는 임금근로장애인의 좋은 일자리의 상태변화가 그들의 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인고용공단에서 조사하여 배포한 제1차에서 제8차까지의 장애인고용패널의 종단자료를 활용하였으며, 대상자는 임금근로를 하고 있는 장애인 975명을 추출하여 분석을 수행하였다. 방법론적으로는 SPSS 20,0을 활용하여, 좋은 일자리의 상태를 ‘좋은 일자리의 유지’, ‘좋지 않은 일자리로 이동’, ‘좋지 않은 일자리의 유지’, ‘좋은 일자리로 이동’ 등으로 구분하여 이들 상태가 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 첫째, 좋은 일자리를 유지한 경우는 생활만족도에 정적(+)인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 좋지 않은 일자리를 유지한 경우는 생활만족도에 부적(-)인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 좋은 일자리로의 이동과 좋지 않은 일자리로의 이동은 생활만족도에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 좋은 일자리의 지속적인 유지를 통해 그들의 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

The objective of this study was to examine the influence of the good job status change of wage earners with disabilities on life satisfaction through a Longitudinal study. For the purposes of the study, data were drawn from the 1st wave to the 8th wave data of ‘Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled’ provided at Korea Employment Agency. 975 data was used for the purposes of this analysis. Methodologically, SPSS 20.0 was utilized for analysis. The good job status was classified as 4 values: good job retention, bad job retention, change to good job, change to bad job. The results of the study were summarized as follows. (1) The continuous good job retention positively influenced on life satisfaction. (2) The continuous bad job retention negatively influenced on life satisfaction. (3) Changing to bad job or good job had no effect on life satisfaction. Based on these results, some implications were discussed to improve job satisfaction of the wage earners with disabilities through retaining the good job.
