인지진단모형에 기반한 맞춤형 평가결과표 제공 방안 탐색: 확장된 Fusion 모형의 적용

The Application of Cognitive Diagnostic Model for Developing Tailored Score Report: Using the Extended Fusion Model

현행의 학생평가 성적표에서는 교과별 총점과 성취수준 정보를 통해 학업성취 수준을 총체적인 관점에서 제공해주지만, 구체적으로 어떤 부분이 부족한지에 대한 상세 정보를 전달하기에는 부족하다. 본 연구는 2011년 학업성취도 평가의 국어과 자료에 인지진단모형을 적용하여 분석한 후, 개별학생의 학업성취 수준을 상세한 프로파일 형태의 성적표로 제공하는 방법을 탐색하였다. 먼저 인지진단모형을 적용하여 국어과에서의 상세한 14 개 학습요소별 학업성취 프로파일 특성을 분석하였다. 다음으로 학습자의 학습 상의 강점과 약점에 대한 피드백을 상세하게 제공할 수 있는 개별학생을 위한 맞춤형 평가결과 표 보고 방식을 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 평가결과 보고 방식을 선진화하여 개별학생들에게 구체적이고 다양한 맞춤형 피드백 및 학생의 향후 발전을 돕는데 실효성 있는 정보를 제공해주는 방향으로 학생평가 결과표를 개선하기 위한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

This study explored the feasibility of employing the cognitive diagnostic model(CDM) as an improved method for assessment result analysis and score reporting. Therefore, this study consists of two major topics: (1) applying and analyzing CDM to the NAEA 2011; and (2) exploration of score reporting based on achievement profiles obtained from the CDM analyses. Since the Fusion model has been recently extended to accommodate polytomously scored items, CDM analyses were performed using the extended Fusion Model. Based on the results of this study, The most considerable advantages of CDM analyses can be listed as follows: (1) CDM enables us to explain and interpret the test results in connection with student knowledge, skills, and cognitive processes; and (2) CDM provides feedback on cognitive strengths and weaknesses of a student, which can be used to make a tailored study plan for individual students.
