현장연계 기독교유아교육수업이 예비유아교사의 교수효능감에 미치는 효과및 변화과정 탐색

The Effect of Field-Related Christian Early Childhood Education Class on Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers’ Teaching Efficacy and the Exploration of the Process of Change

본 연구의 목적은 현장연계 기독교유아교육수업이 예비유아교사들의 교수효능감에 미치는 효과 및 변화과정을 탐색해보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구대상은 D시에 소재한 C대학교 유아교육과 2학년 학생들 총 42명이다. 실험집단은 현장연계 기독교유아교육수업이 실시되었고 비교집단은 모의수업중심의 기독교유 아교육수업이 실시되었다. 기독교 교수효능감 검사도구는 Riggs와 Enochs(1990)가 개발한 STEBI를 방승미(2014)가 수정, 보완한 검사도구이다. 본 연구에서 수집한 자료에는 교수효능감 체크리스트 및 개방형 질문지, 반성적 수업저널, 수업결과물, 학기 말 강의평가자료 등이 있었으며, 이 자료들에 대한 양적, 질적분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 현장연계 기독교유아교육수업은 예비유아교사들의 교수효 능감에 효과가 있었으며, 특히 개인적 교수효능감에 효과가 있었다. 다음으로 현장연계 기독교유아교육 수업을 통해 예비유아교사들은 일반적 교수효능감 측면에서 교사의 효율적인 교수방법 활용이 유아의 기독교적인 이해에 미치는 실제적인 영향력을 인식하게 되었고, 기독교적 교수능력 개발을 위한 교사역 할의 중요성을 인식하게 되었다. 또한 개인적 교수효능감 측면에서 예비유아교사들은 점차 유아대상 기독교유아교육수업에 대한 자신감을 갖게 되었고, 지식의 현장적용을 통해 기독교사로서 자신의 교수자질을 인식하게 되었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of field-related christian early childhood education class on pre-service early childhood teachers’ teaching efficacy and explore the process of change. Subjects of this study were 42 pre-service early childhood education department university students. Teacher educator conducted field-related christian education class for experimental group and conducted christian education class focused on simulated instruction for comparison group. Data were collected by christian teaching efficacy rating scales(Bang, 2014), open questionnaires, reflective journals, the products of class, and the data of students’ course evaluation. The results of a quantitative and qualitative analysis were as follows. Above all, field-related christian early childhood education class had an effective on pre-service early childhood teachers’ teaching efficacy(especially personal teaching efficacy). Next, in the aspect of general teaching efficacy, pre-service early childhood teachers became to recognize the real influence which the application of effective teaching methods had an effect on children’s christian understanding. Also they became to perceive the importance of teachers’ role to develop christian teaching abilities. And in the aspect of personal teaching efficacy they gradually became to gain confidence about the class of children subject and realize their talents as christian teachers through the field application of knowledges.
