Favored by nature, Danang is an attractive destination for tourists. Tourism contributes to the city’s GDP to nearly 7% every year, becoming a key economic sector to 2020, vision to 2030. To obtain this objective, it is necessary for the city to educate sufficient and qualified workforce. According to statistics from the Danang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, however, 90% of workers trained foreign languages just meets level. A, B in English, or has limitations of communicating and working. To realize this demand, the Faculty of Tourism Operations & Hospitality Management -Duy Tan University (DTU) has been offering English for International Tourism (EFIT) for students whose bachelor’s degree program has partnerships with Pennsylvania State University (PSU), the U.S. Thus, researching on factors affecting the qualify of teaching students in PSU program plays a vital role. Research includes surveying instructors and students, synthesizing, processing data,using SPSS software. From its results, some solutions and opinions are offered in order to meet the objectives of developing the quality of tourism and hospitality workforce of Danang.
