산업연관분석을 이용한 저작권산업 연구

A Study of Copyright Industry using Input-Output Analysis

저작권산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하기 위해 한국은행의 2013년 산업연관표를 활용하여 저작권산업의 전후방연쇄효과, 부가가치 및 고용(취업) 유발효과 등을 추계하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 저작권산업은 전 산업에 비해 생산유발효과와 전방연쇄효과, 부가가치유발효과, 고용및 취업유발효과가 상대적으로 큰 산업이다. 또한 저작권산업 중에서 광고서비스업은 경제 전체에 미치는 전후방연쇄효과가 가장 크며, 음악·연극·오페라는 경제 전체에 미치는 부가가치 유발효과와 고용 및 취업유발효과가 가장 큰 산업이다. 한편 저작권산업 상호 간 전후방연쇄효 과에서도 광고서비스업은 타 저작권산업에 미치는 생산유발효과가 가장 크며, 음악·연극·오 페라는 타 저작권산업에 미치는 전방연쇄효과가 가장 큰 산업으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 저작권산업이 국내 산업 발전에 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 의미하며, 저작권산업 육성에 타당성을 부여한다. 특히 저작권산업 육성 시 광고서비스업, 영화·비디오, 음악·연극·오페라가 매우 중요한 산업임을 시사한다.

In order to analyze the economic contribution of copyright industry, we estimated the forward and backward linkage effect, value added–inducing effect, and employ–inducing effect of copyright industry using the ≷2013 input-output table≸. According to the results, copyright industry has relatively larger effect than overall industries on production-inducing effect, forward linkage effect, value added-inducing effect, and employ-inducing effect. Also, among the copyright industries, “advertising service” has the largest forward and backward linkage effect on the national economy and “music, theatrical production, operas” has the greatest value added-inducing effect and employ-inducing effect on the national economy. On the one hand, “advertising service” has the largest production-inducing effect on other copyright industries and “music, theatrical production, operas” are the biggest industry with the forward linkage effect on other copyright industries. These results suggest that copyright industry plays a important role in the growth of the domestic industries and it gives the validity of the copyright industry promotion policy. Especially, “advertising service”, “movie, video” and “music, theatrical production, operas” are very important when we promote the copyright industry
