우리나라 저작권산업의 경제적 파급효과

2010년중 우리나라 핵심저작권산업의 생산유발계수(1.8872)는 건설업(2.104), 제조업(2.071)과 음식숙박업(2.060)보다는 약간 낮았으나 다른 서비스산업인 도소매업(1.722)과 운수보관업(1.586)과 농림수산업(1.860), 광업(1.684) 및 전기 가스수도업(1.477)보다는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 핵심저작권산업이 많은 부분 서비스산업으로 구성되어 있지만 제조업에 버금갈 정도로 다른 서비스산업에 비해 생산 우회도가 높아 생산파급효과가 크다는 것을 뜻한다. 핵심저작권산업의 부가가치유발계수(0.8406)는 제조업(0.590), 건설업(0.749) 은 물론 전산업 평균(0.686)을 크게 상회하는 높은 수준이었다. 이는 저작권산업 해당 업종이 부가가치유발 효과 면에서 여타 산업보다 월등히 경쟁력을 갖고 있는 산업임을 의미한다. 핵심저작권산업의 2010년중 취업유발계수는 15.7명으로 농림수산업(37.3명), 음식숙박업(30.8명) 및 도소매업(24.8명)보다는 낮았으나. 제조업(9.3명), 건설 업(13.7) 및 전산업 평균(12.9)보다는 높은 수준을 나타내었다. 핵심저작권산업이 부가가치 창출효과 및 취업유발효과가 다른 산업보다 월등히 높고 생산의 우회도면에서도 기타서비스업보다 우수한 산업으로 나타났다는 것은 핵심저작권산업이 우리나라 경제의 성장 및 일자리 창출 견인에 여타 산업 보다 더 큰 효과를 가져다주는 산업이라는 것을 의미하므로 정책 당국은 이를 보다 더 주목하고 홍보할 필요가 있다.

The output multiplier of the core copyright industries ( 1.887) in 2010 was lower than that of construction (2.104), manufacturing (2.017), but it was higher than that of wholesale and retail ( 1.722), transportation ( 1.586), agriculture and fishery ( 1.860), mining ( 1.684) and electricity , gas and water ( 1.477). This means that the core copyright industries has a strong spread effect of production , as it has higher degree of roundaboutness of production than the other service industries , though it is composed of various kinds of service industries mainly . Compared with other industries , the value added multiplier of the core copyright industries (0.841) in 2010 was much higher than that of whole industries average (0.686) including manufacturing (0.590) and construction (0.749). This means that the core copyright industries has a good competitiveness compared with other industries in effect on value added inducement . The employment multiplier of the core copyright industries (15.7) in 2010 was much higher than that of whole industries average (12.9) including manufacturing (9.3) and construction 13.7). Owing to 2010 input-output analysis , the core copyright industries had a stronger effect on value added and production inducement compared with other industries , and it was higher than other service industries in production roundaboutness . As this means the core copyright industries can induce economic development and employment more than the other industries , government needs to pay more attention to these facts and make them known to the public .
