This study focuses on the creation new jobs since it is considered as the national purpose recently. As this phenomenon regarded, this study is purposed to explore what factors influence on entrepreneurial intentions, how its confident and ability are developed, and how entrepreneurial activities are increased. Nascent entrepreneurs have lack of capital, human resources, or technology, so how they use external capital appropriately is the key to grow their business. As this reason, this study set self-efficacy as a core variable because it is the significant factor of social capital, in particular, social network, goal achievement and task performance. An empirical analysis is based on the effect of entrepreneurial intentions on entrepreneurial activities. To promote the empirical analysis, domestic nascent entrepreneurs who succeed entrepreneurship are selected, and 208 survey responses are collected.
