A Study on Structural Relationship between Enterprise Architecture Governance and Business Performance of Public Agencies Based on BSC & PRM Model

Enterprise Architecture, efficient and hierarchical information resource management tool of Korean public agencie is one of the core of carrying forward the e-Government initiative. The objective of the paper is to study empirically whether Enterprise Architecture Competency for using Enterprise Architecture is related with their Business Performance or not. the 190 person in charge of Information System service are included for analysis. The various hypotheses established are validated by structural equation in SPSS and AMOS 18.0. The results shows that innovation and learning of Business Performance was affected by only Enterprise Architecture governance function & process and organization. but all of the remainder of Business Performance variables was not affected by function & process, organization and human variable of Enterprise Architecture governance. especially we investigated that the process efficiency and customer satisfaction & organization of Business Performance was not affected in level order by innovation and learning of Business Performance in BSC model.
