간호대학생의 의사소통 기술과 대학생활 적응과의 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the levels and to analyze their correlations of communication skill and adaptation to college life among nursing students. The subjects were 271 nursing students. Data were collected through structured questionnaire from May 7 to 18 ， 2013，and analyzed with PASW 20.0 program. As a result, first, communication skill of nursing students was 2.67 and adaptation to college life was 2.99. Second, relationships between communication skill and adaptation to college life among nursing students showed a statistically significant positive correlations (r =.210，p=.001). Findings of this study may be useful in understanding the importance of communication skill in order to adapt to college life, and thus developing more specific strategies for intervention programs to increase interpersonal satisfaction.
