The purpose of this study was to identify the levels and to analyze their correlations of marital intimacy, satisfaction of sexual activity, and depression among middle-aged married women. The study was a descriptive study with 191 middle-aged married women from 2 churches participating. Data were collected from March 4 to 29,2013 using a structured self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. As a result, first, the subjects won 3.44, 3.82 ,and 2.42 among 1 to 5 points in marital intimacy, satisfaction of sexual activity, and depression. Second, relationships among marital intimacy, satisfaction of sexual activity, and depression showed a statistically significant correlations. Findings of this study may be useful in understanding the importance of intimacy and sexual activity for marriage life. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as basic data for marital counselling
