Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the level of spirituality and related factors with spirituality among nursing students. Methods: The data was collected from 205 nursing students using self-report questionnaire. Data was analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test using the SPSS program. Results ： Spirituality among nursing students was The level of average. In the subcategories, the meaning and purpose in life was the highest and transcendence was the lowest. There were significant differences in the level of spirituality by religion and satisfaction on major. Conclusion: To improve nursing students spirituality, we should invigorate religious clubs and make an effort to improve satisfaction on major and come up with strategy for effective spiritual care education
