The optical conductivity spectra of Fe₁-ₓAlₓ alloys with x=0.40, 0.45 and 0.50 were measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry in the energy range of 1.5 to 5.4 eV. The optical properties change appreciably as the atomic concentration changes. It can be explained by the rigid band model and the Fermi level shift.
