몽골은 전체 인구의 30%가 수도에 밀집되어 있다. 수도와 다른 지역 간의 인구 격차로 인하여. 의료 서비스의 질은 평등하지 않다. 이러한 불평등을 해소하기 위하여 M -LIM S 를 활용한 이동식 진료 시스템을 설계하고 구현 한다. M-LIMS를 활용한 시스템에는 환자 차트 작성, 의사 간 차트 공유, 차트 규격화, 원격 진료 등의 기능이 있다. 몽골의 지역 특성을 고려하여 그에 따른 활용 방안을 제시한다.
