Microcapsules Containing Suspensions of Corrosion Inhibitors

부식 억제제 서스펜션을 함유한 마이크로캡슐이 멜라민 포름알데하이드의 in situ 중합법에 의해 제조되었다 . 평균직경 9 .6/仰의 안정된 마이크로캡슐이 관 찰 되 었 으 며 , 이 캡슐의 표면 모폴로지와 화학구조 , 열적특성을 광학현미경 , 주사전자현미경 (SEM), 적외선 분광분석 (FT-IR), 열중량분석 (TGA)등으로 측정하였다 . 또한 이 마이크로캡슐이 자기치유 특성을 갖는 부식방지용 코팅제로서의 적용 가능성을 고찰한다 .

Microcapsules containing suspension of corrosion inhibitors were prepared b y in-situ polym erization of m elam ine and formaldehyde. Stable m icrocapsules were prepared and the m ean diameter of the observed microcapsules w as in the range o f 9.6/해. T he surface m orphology and chemical structure of microcapsules were investigated using scanning electron m icroscope(SEM ), optical m icroscope(OM ), and Fourier transfo rm infrared spectroscopy (F T - IR ). T he therm al properties of samples were investigated b y therm ogravim etric an alysis(T G A ). It is suggested th at microcapsules containing suspension of corrosion inhibitors, could be used as the corrosion protection materials v ia a self-healing mechanism .
