간호대학생의 셀프리더십이 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

Impact of Self-Leadership on Critical Thinking Disposition and Problem Solving Ability in Nursing Students.

본 연구는 일 지역 간호대학생의 셀프리더십이 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 경북에 소재한 2곳의 대학교 간호학과 재학생인 218명을 편의 표집하여 2016년 11월 14일부터 11월 25일까지 자료 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 셀프리더십이 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 단계적 다중회귀분석 결과 비판적 사고성향에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 학과만족, 셀프리더십으로 나타났고 43%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 문제해결능력에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 학년, 학과만족도와 셀프리더십으로 51%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 셀프리더십 향상을 위해 교육과정과 교과 외 활동 프로그램을 통한 훈련과 제도가 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-leadership on the critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability of nursing students. Data were collected from 218 nursing students from 2 university nursing departments in Gyeong-buk province from November 14 to November 25, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. There were positive correlations between self-leadership on critical thinking disposition and problem solving ability. The major adjustment, self-leadership were significant predictors of critical thinking disposition. The explained variance for critical thinking disposition was 43%. The grade, major adjustment, self-leadership were significant predictors of problem solving ability. The explained variance for nursing professionalism was 51%. Therefore, it is thought that training and system should be established of curriculum and out - of- curricular activities program of improve for self - leadership of nursing students.
