장애대학생의 장애수용과 대인관계능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Disability Acceptance and Interpersonal Competence on College Adjustment of College Students with Disabilities

본 연구는 장애대학생의 장애수용과 대인관계능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산과 경상도에 소재하고 있는 4년제 대학의 장애대학생 91명을 대상으로 장애수용, 대인관계능력, 대학생활적응 설문을 실시 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, pearson 적률상관, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 통계 처리하였다. 연구결과, 장애대학생의 장애수용 수준은 낮게 나타났으며,대인관계능력과 대학생활적응 수준은 보통으로 나타났다. 또한 장애대학생의 장애 수용과 대인관계능력은 대학생활적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애대학생의 장애수용 하위영역 중 비교가치에서 내적가치로 전환이 학업적 적응에유의한 영향을, 장애의 부정적 효과 차단, 가치영역확대 순으로 사회적 적응에 유의 한 영향을, 장애의 부정적 효과 차단이 개인정서 적응에 유의한 영향을, 가치영역확대, 비교가치에서 내적가치로 전환 순으로 대학애착에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 장애대학생의 대인관계능력 하위영역 중 처음관계맺기가 학업적 적응과 사회적 적응에 유의한 영향을, 권리주장, 정서적지지 순으로 개인정서 적응에 유의한 영향을 처음관계맺기, 정서적지지 순으로 대학애착에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 장애대학생의 장애수용과 대인관계능력은 대학생활적응에 유의한영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of disability acceptance and interpersonal competence on college adjustment of student with disabilities. For this purpose, 91 students with disabilities in B city and K Provinces were surveyed their disability acceptance, interpersonal competence, and college adjustment questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson correlation, and regression analysis. As results of this study were as follows: The results showed that the level of disability acceptance was low but interpersonal competence and college adjustment were normal, and all three variables showed a significant positive correlation. And disability acceptance and interpersonal competence are an important factor for college adjustment of student with disabilities
