졸업학년 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 취업스트레스가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

Influence of Major Satisfaction and Job-Seeking Stress on Carrier Preparation Behavior in Senior Nursing Student

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 취업스트레스가 진로준비행동에미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 4개의 대학교 4학년 간호대학생 205명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2016년 4월부터 5월까지 편의표집하였다. 수집 된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test와 ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person’s correlation coefficients, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 진로준비행동과 전공만족도(γ=.28∼.39), 취업스트레스 중 취업불안스트레스(γ=.16)에 유의한 상관관계가있었다. 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 준 것은 전공만족도(β=.41)이며, 설명력은 24%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 진로준비행동의 향상을 위하여 학업성적 및 학교생활과 전공에 대한 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this descriptive study was for understanding causes of how general characteristics, major satisfaction and job-seeking stress impact on career preparative behavior in of senior nursing students. The study target were the convenience sampled 205 senior nursing students in 4 university. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person s correlation coefficients, and Hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 program. According to the study result, the level of carrier preparation behavior was positively correlated with levels of major satisfaction(γ=.28∼.39 p<.001), and job-seeking stress(γ=16, p<.05) and its power of explanation reveals as 24%. In the nursing student s general characteristics, their academic records and school satisfaction level impact to its career preparative behavior. Therefore, we need to develop a program to increase its satisfaction level of academic achievement, school life, and their major study in order to manage the career preparative behavior effectively in senior nursing students.
