학교급식 영양사의 직무분석을 통한 인적특성 연구

A Study of Human Attributes of School Dieitians by Job Analysis

Job analysis was done through survey and interview the elementary school dietitians nationwide to find out human attributes i.e. knowledge, personality, skill and ability, which are necessary for job performance. According to factor analysis, knowledge attributes were classified to 3 groups, personality attributes were classified to 2 groups, and skill and ability attributes were classified to 8 groups. Among the above 13 factors, the knowledge of nutrition, the positive and inquiring personality, the sincere and righteous personality and the skill and ability of keeping good human relationships are the most important and significant human attributes needed for school dietitians.
