Judo gym. is a place to train trainees with Judo. Its place provides people to live in humanity way and over come all kinds of social problems. Now days the need of developing the Judo training is necessity cause to increase the value of physical education. Therefore, the development of Judo gym/s method requires further research and this report is to meet that need. Establishing the Judo gym requires to follow the command of related laws. The content of law is about safety rules and facilities set up. The management of its place s purpose is to provide sociological and physical education way to meet the public benefit and make profit. Consequently, its place should be planned out according to the users need. Location and facilities should be carried out for the safe and comfort. The systemized and professionalized marketing strategy is very important in order to expand the Judo gym. The trainees and their parents should receive its gym s confidence through the counseling and furthermore, it needs to cooperate with the local community.
