카본사 다중파이프를 이용한 도로결빙 방지시스템

Road Freezing Protection System using Carbon Fiber Multi-pipe

열선 방식의 도로결빙 방지 시스템은 단열효과가 없어 열손실이 많고 과다한 전력소비로 사용상 어려 움이 있다. 이를 보완하기 위해 카본사 발열체 및 내부 절연체를 이용하여 다중관 카본 발열배관을 설계하여 도로(자갈과 콘크리트 사이)에 설치하였다. 또한 카본사 아래에는 단열재를 설치하여 온도의 손실을 막아주었다. 발열배관의 발열 범위를 고려하여 결빙을 해결할 수 있는 온도인 o r 까지 올려 최소 한의 전력으로 결빙 방지를 할 수 있는 원격제어 시스템을 개발하였다.

Because heating wire formed road freezing prevention system has no thermal insulation eftect, it has the hign amount of heat loss and has difficulties in using due to its excess power consumption. To supplement these problems, we designed the caibon multiple calorification pipe and constructed Road(Between gravels and concrete) using carbon heatmg element and the inner insulator. Under the carbon, we kept away the loss of heat by installing the insulator. And considering the calorijfication pipe’s extent of heat, we designed the remote controlling system that can prevent freezing by using minimized electricity, raising ten재Derature to 0*C (Which is the required heat solving the freezing.)
