부모의 기대수준이 초기청소년의 진로정체감 형성에 미치는 영향: 자아정체감의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Effects of Parents’ Expectation of on Career Identity of Early Adolescent: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Ego Identity

이 연구는 부모의 기대수준이 초기청소년의 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 자아정체감이 매개적 역할을 하는 것은 검증하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시 하고 있는 한국아동·청소년 패널조사 자료 중 2010년 초등학교 4학년의 4차년도 자료를 활용하였으 며, 구조모형 분석을 통해 결과를 분석했다. 연구결과 부모의 높은 기대수준이 진로정체감에는 직접 적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 자아정체감을 통해 진로정체감에 완전매개 효과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 초기청소년이 지각한 기대방식과 초기청소년의 자아정체감과 진로정체감간의 관계를 위한 제언을 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediation effect of ego identity on the relationship between parents expectation and career identity. This study used fourth-year data of 4th grade elementary from Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2010 (KCYPS) and figured out results through analysis of structural model. The finding is that parents expectation did not represent that a career identity has a direct impact, however, showed the full mediating effect on the career identity through ego identity. The proposal was for the relationship between the youth and early adolescents perceive the expected manner of ego identity and career identity based on these results. On the basis of this result, this study showed the implication for the relationship among expectation way perceived by early adolescent, ego identity and career identity of early adolescent.
