LED 패키지에서 모울드와 MPCB 표면온도 측정

멀티칩 LED 에서 온도상승은 해결해야할 가장 큰 과제 중의 하나이며 이와 관련하여 LED 패키지의 온도를 정확히 측정하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 써모커플과 열화상카메라를 이용하여 LED 패키지에서 모울드와 보민고의 표면온도를 측정하였다. 써모커플은 3 가지 종류의 것을 비교 실험하였고，LED 패키지의 와트 수는 1,2,4 와트로 변경하여 써모커플과 열화상카메라를 이용한 표면온도 값을 비교하였다.

Temperature rising is one of the technical issues to be solved in multi chip LED packages, so it is measure the temperature of the LED package correctly. In this study, we intended to present the right way to measure the surface temperatures of the mold and MPCB in LED package using thermocouple and IR camera. Temperature measurements were conducted with 3 different types of thermocouples and IR camCTa with the variation of the input power as 1, 2, and 4 Watts.
