This paper aims at surveying the pursuits to find out the true linguistic knowledge which Chomskyan grammar has searched for more than 50years after Chomsky (1957). The design specifications of human language organ have always been controversial areas, inducing the internal conceptual changes of this grammar. The minimalist theory after Chomsky(1993) has treated the linguistic operations in human brain as one of biochemical processes, in which this paper claims the issue of language perfection might be settled.
