A Study on the Worker s Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Social Enterprise

This study analyzed the effect workers’ organizational citizenship behaviors of vision sharing and values congruence in social enterprise. Analysis results are as follows. The higher the degree of value match between workers and organization, the greater the effect the organization s vision has on active organizational citizenship behaviors in social enterprise. Non-profit organizations and full-time employees show more active organizational citizenship behaviors. Social enterprises purposes are to solve social problems in communities and create jobs for the vulnerable. Therefore, the administrator of a social enterprise strives to share the vision of the organization with workers, and should direct more effort in the process of selecting workers that match the organization s values.
