Networking Factors of Social Welfare Organizations in Healthy Family Support Center

The purpose of this study was network characteristic properties analysis of Healthy Family Support Center. For this study, send questionnaire to 120 centers and using all survey which response from 102 centers. Using SPSS 18.0 frequency tables for figure out center’s properties. And using network analysis for network characteristic. As a results, 79.8% study demonstrator has 1 〜5 formal group and answer that they realize about lack of manpower. Also 66.7% answer they don’t connected activity cause there is no official organization support. Lack of manpower(30.7%) is biggest obstructive factor of network activity and Ministry of gender equality and family, citizen community center(80.3%) was take biggest possession of network activity involved organization. This study suggest effective network by results of research.
