This study analyze the effect of rehabilitation sport for finding a job in industrial disaster workers. Then make developmental plan of rehabilitation sport support of industry disaster insurance for workers. The analysis results of the effect of rehabilitation sport for finding a job, industrial disaster workers who used rehabilitation sport program are more finding a job. Thus, Positive rehabilitation sport need for finding a job of industrial disaster worker. Furthermore, the rehabilitation sports programs for disabled are guaranteed as a fundamental right. Guaranteed fundamental rights of rehabilitation sports bring employment and self-esteem of industrial disaster worker. Supporting the rehabilitation sport through social insurance is very necessary.
