Currently, many organizations eager to employ skilled workers and pay attention to the personal development of the workers. This leads not only to the long-term employment but also to the competitiveness of the workers. The key factor influencing workers’ productivity and long-term employment is the job satisfaction. The more the administration knows about its employees, the more successful the business of a company would become. Following the rapid changes in economy, society and politics in Mongolia, the demand for social services is growing rapidly. Consequently, the attention to the employees’ education and ways to increase their job satisfaction is becoming one of the important subjects in the development of the professional social services. Thus, in this study, the authors tried to define the factors promoting the job satisfaction of the social workers at the Committee. A total of 76 social workers from 6 districts of Ulaanbaatar were randomly selected. According to the study results, the basic factors influencing the job satisfaction of the social workers at the Committees in Mongolia, are as follows- 1) the method of supervision by the administration, 2) the level of wages and salaries, 3) the possibilities for personal development and 3) a friendly atmosphere in the organization. In conclusion, in order to raise the job satisfaction of the workers, the administration needs to pay attention to the selection of correct supervision method, to define the optimal level of payments and to take proper measures to train the employees to increase their working skills. Then, a definitively positive influence will appear at the job satisfaction of the workers.
