Exploratory Research for the Problem Improvement of Child Care Support Institution

This research was discussed about problems of child-care support institution on child-care supporter, home of utilization and institutional aspects. The following problems have surfaced as a result. First, in child-care supporter, there were low wage levels, distrust of job security, unsatisfactory operating rule and the professionalism. Second, in home of utilization, there were burdensome costs and shortness of time available and third, in child-care support there were institution, service hours, service fee and target selection procedures. The improvement suggestion was proposed at the budget support and management system. For the realistic discussion, except for the budget support, based on the findings of the problems of child-care support institution, it was suggested task system support and introduction of a system for improvement of specialty.
