A Study on the Important Factors for the Regional Synergistic and Prevention of the Gentrification

This study intended to present the remedy for gentrification prevention and interzonal coexistence by grasping the phenomenon and problem of gentrification occurring in Seoul. This study attempted to deduct and analyze important factors among improve the system, win-win consortium structure, community and co-marketing. Moreover, this study attempted to conduct the analysis using the general statistical processing method based on the demographical data obtained from the questionnaire research on the basis of the understanding that the identity of the specialist is ambiguous when AHP is used under the regional synergistic and prevention of the gentrification. The results of the study are as follows, First, it was found that a maintain system of the reasonable rent is the most important factor for the regional synergistic and prevention of the gentrification. Second, it was found that a designation of the special district is more important factors for the regional synergistic and prevention of the gentrification. Finally, it was found that making attraction place is important factors for the regional synergistic and prevention of the gentrification. Unlike previous studies approaching the issue in terms of the existing physical environment, this study has its significance in that it empirically analyzed it in terms of real estate. And it has its value as a study for the coexistence of the trade area
