Dyeing wastewater is high in toxicity, as it accounts for 24 percent of total pollution load, while the dyeing industry occupies only 6 percent of the total wastewater generating industries and 4.5 percent of total wastewater discharge. Immerged membrane active sludge process makes it possible to use the wastewater to recycle for industrial water. The process has its base on the active sludge process, which is effective in eliminating BOD. The efficiency of ENE-Immerged Membrane was verified by the raw wastewater from B dyeing factory. The innovative process showed 99.7% CODMn rejection rate and 99.9% BOD rejection rate from the raw wastewater with CODMn 4800 mg/ £ ,BOD 2300 mg/ £ ,and SS 7800 mg/ i .
