세라믹-금속 경사기능재료의 열응력 해석

Analysis of Thermal Stress of Ceramic-Metal Funtionally Gradient Material

In terms oi the nm te-elem ent method, we analyse the therm al stress distribution in a layered m aterial w ith two layers of Ceramic-m etal direct bonding M aterial(non-FGM ) and in F G M during the ir fabrication process. Thermal stresses are computed as the m aterials are cooled from a jo in t fabrication tem perature of 1200K to 300K. We obtain the relationships between the therm al stress and the compositional gradient exponent, P and graded thickness, t for Ceramic-Metal FGM . In this study, it is expected th a t the optim al value of P is obtained 1 and as the graded thickness is increased to larger values, the Residual Stresses continue to decrease.
