To analyze the effects of electric fields on animals, human beings and sensitive equipment, many researchers have studied methods to calculate electric fields. One conventional method is the Integral Equation method as Boundary Element based method. But a equation describing electric fields has singular characteristics at boundaries related to numbers of variables. In this paper, we suggested an algorithm to eliminate such a singular integral analytically by modifying original equation and evaluated the effectiveness of this algorithm with some conventional examples.
