Design and Implementatio not Communication Servicesior the Wet Station Monitoring System

The major functions of Wet Station Monitoring System are monitoring the current status and controlling the operations of the Wet Station Equipment. To provide these functions, a communication mechanism is needed to exchange the data between Monitoring System and Equipment. This paper describes the design and implementation of communication service routines for PC-PLC and ITC(Inter Task Communication). PC-PLC communication is designed with TCP/IP protocol, and ITC is designed with shared memory and message queue. Finally, the service routines are implemented using the Microsoft Visual C++ on the Windows NT and the feasibility of function is evaluated using the PLC emulator
