자폐성장애 학생을 위한 읽기이해 중재연구 분석

A Systematic Review and the Analysis of Quality Indicator of Single-Subject Research on Reading Comprehension Intervention for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

이 연구는 자폐성장애 학생을 대상으로 읽기이해 중재를 실시한 국내외 단일대상연구 논문을 분석하여 중재연구의 일반적인 특성을 알아보고 질적지표에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 8월까지 국내외 학술지에 게재된 관련 논문 18편을 수집하였다. 선정된 분석대상 논문에 대해 연구대상, 중재환경, 독립변인, 종속변인, 연구특성에 따라 분석하였으며, 대상 논문의 질적지표를 알아보기 위하여 단일대상연구의 질적지표를 활용하였다. 연구결과, 자폐성장애 학생을 대상으로 읽기이해 중재를 실시한 논문은 대부분 초등학생과 중학생을 대상으로 이루어졌으며 고기능 자폐학생을 대상으로 읽기관련 검사결과를 제시하고 있었다. 독립변인은 교사주도 교수와 그래픽조직자를 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며, 대부분의 연구에서 효과가 있었음을 입증하고 있었다. 질적지표를 통한 분석 결과, 총점은 평균 82% 수준에서 질적지표를 충족시키고 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며 종속변인, 종속변인의 신뢰도 측정, 그리고 외적타당도 항목에서 높은 수준으로 평가되었으며, 연구환경 기술, 기초선 기술 그리고 실험결과 등에 있어서 상대적으로 낮은 수준으로 평가되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 자폐성장애 학생의 읽기이해 중재와 관련된 논의가 이루어졌다.

The purpose of this study is to review current trends of research and characteristic of reading comprehension intervention in single-subject studies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and to evaluate the quality indicator of published single-subject design to increase reading comprehension For the purpose, peer-reviewed articles were systematically searched and a total of 18 articles were collected based on the criteria of selection. these studies were analyzed in terms of participants, setting, research design, independent variables, dependent variables, and quality indicators. The results were as followed. Most studies were targeting elementary and middle school students and high function ASD. Teacher-directed strategy and graphic organizer strategy were mainly used to increase reading comprehension of ASD. 82% of studies were met criteria of quality indicator. Quality indicator of dependent variables, reliability, and external validity were met highly in analysis. Based on the result, the implication for reading comprehension intervention for ASD was discussed.
