자폐성장애 아동의 관심 및 흥미를 활용한 중재연구 문헌분석

A Research Synthesis of Intervention Studies Incorporating the Interests of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

이 연구는 자폐성장애 아동을 대상으로 관심 및 흥미를 활용하여 중재를 실시한 국내외 중재연구를 분석함으로써 자폐성장애 아동의 동기 및 강점 기반 중재 연구의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 전자 DB를 통해 문헌을 수집하였고, 문헌 포함 및 제외 기준에 따라 선정된 총 28편의 논문을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 관심 및 흥미를 활용한 중재연구는 유아와 초등 및 중․고등학생을 대상으로 분포되어 실시되었고, 특히 유아를 대상으로 실시한 논문이 높은 비율을 차지하였다. 자폐성장애 아동의 관심 및 흥미에 관한 정보를 수집하고 측정한 방법으로는 선호도 사정 및 면접과 직접 관찰의 방법이 사용되었으며 학교, 가정, 치료실 등 다양한 곳에서 중재가 실시되었다. 자폐성장애 아동들을 위해 놀이상황, 중심축반응훈련, 언어중재, 음악, 미술, 체육활동 등 다양한 활동에 관심 및 흥미가 활용되었다. 또한 실험설계로는 단일대상연구 방법 중 반전설계 및 중다(간헐)기초선설계가 사용되었고, 이러한 설계방법을 사용하여 자폐성장애 아동의 사회적 의사소통의 변화를 살펴보았다. 자폐성장애 아동에게 보이는 관심 및 흥미를 활용한 중재연구는 대부분 선행사건 중재로 특정 선호하는 활동 및 과제를 제시하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 자폐성장애 아동에게 보이는 관심과 흥미를 활용한 중재연구의 방향이 논의되었다.

The Purpose of this study was to synthesize findings of intervention studies incorporating the interests of children with autism spectrum disorders. A total of 28 articles were selected by criteria for this synthesis and were analyzed. The major findings of this study were as follows: The mostly targeted subjects were preschoolers with autistic disorders; These studies examined the effect of interventions incorporating the interests in vary situations such as home, school, clinic so on: Single subject designs including withdrawal design and multiple baseline design were used to examine effects social communication; And these interests were incorporated in antecedent. Based on the result, implications for research incorporating the interests of children with autism spectrum disorders were discussed, and future study issues were recommended.
