There is an ongoing discussion to establish graduate law school program modeled on the American and Japanese precedents. This report discusses administration of student affairs in the prospective graduate law schools in Korea. Chapter 2 focuses on admission of students. Chapter 3 discusses credit requirements, scheduling of a school year, part-time registration, joint degrees, transfer, etc. Chapter 4 discusses assistance to learning process and extracurricular activities, career services, and coordination and distribution of work between the central administrative body of the university and law school staff.
