이 논문은 그 제목을 북한 주택거주인의 보호방훌때| 관한 민사법적 고찰이라고 정하였다 물론 장래에 어떠한 문제가 발생할 것인지를 현재의 시점에서 정확하게 예측할 수는 없다 그러나 그것이 사회질서를 규율하는 제도라고 효다면 불홉멘한 결과가 발생되지 않도독 그 위험성을 최소화할 수 있는 g법을 모색할 필요가 있다 이와 관련하여 종래에 사회주의 경제체제를 유지하고 있었던 국가들이 최근에 중앙집중식 계획경제를 포기하고 시장경제체제로 전환하고 있는 실정이다 그 대표적인 국가에는 중국， 러시아 동독 등이 이에 해당된다 이들 국가들은 사회주의 경제체제를 포기하는 대신에 자본주의 시장경제를 채택하면서 체제전흔멸 하였다 이에 반하여 북한은 여전히 개혁，개방정책에 미온적인 태도를 보이고 있는 실정이다 이러한 현재의 상황을 고려흔H二}면 전혀 ~~I한 경제체제를 유지하고 있는 현재의 남북한이 장래에 통일을 할 경우에 제도적 통합과정에서 통일흔댁의 주택소유제도와 주택임대차제도를 어떠한 모습으로 재펀하여야 될 것인지， 그러한 재편과정에서 어떠한 점들이 고려 되어야 하는지를 논리적으로 검증하는 것은 중요한 의미가 있다 이러한 이유에서 저자는 북한주택의 사유화 및 주택거주인을 보호하기 위한 입법방흘빼 대하여 검토하였다

The title of this thesis is “A Study of Civil Law on Protective Direction of Housing residents ling in North Korea . of course, it would be difficult at the present moment to predict exactly what problems may arise in the future. However, there should be efforts to fmd solutions for problerns related to regation of public order so the risk of causing unreasonable consequences can be minimized. It is a recent trend that the nations which maintained the socialt economy system gtve up the cenlized planned e∞nomy and switch to market economy. That represltive nations, 1a， Russia and the Geffi1an Imocratic Republic, accept the capiism market economy system by σumbling of the socialist economy system. Neverthel엉s nolth korea showed a lukewann atude in reformative and open-door policy. It would be meaningfuI to logically verity how to reorganize the Housing hi System and Housing Lease System and what aspects to consider for the reorgzation in the process of systematic unification when two Koreas maintaining a completeIy different economic system come to unity in the future. of course, it would be difficult at the present moment to predict exactly what problerns may se in the future. 1 explained about the main contents of the Privatization of Housing in North KOl and dealt with the important contents of the Privatization of Housing in North Korea and suggested especially the problems and improvements in connection with Legislative rection in connection with Protection of Housing residents living in North Korea
