Some Legal Arguments on the Prohibition Clause for Real Money Trade of Game Items

Game items or game money earned through the game is difficult to see that the essential elements of the game. The game service providers prohibit real money trade of game items through the terms and conditions. The current game law prohibited the real money trade of game items. Gambling rules of the game to prevent the flow of arcade games and prizes on the details of the game without a deep review by law is subject to regulatory items for the game was controversial. Recent items currency trading prohibition was affirmed by the Supreme Court. The court found the accused not guilty, because the legislative intent to eventually ban the currency exchange related game item and game money gained by chance. Many people suggested that the real money trade will make game as speculation game, so real money trade should be prohibited. This paper review Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court dealt with the game laws and regulations relating to currency exchange restrictions, and research the amendment of the game law for development of the game culture.
