A Study on the Certified Fair Trade Attorney under the Fair Trade Law

Recently, the Chief of the Fair Trade Commission told about the Certified Fair Trade Attorney under the Fair Trade Law in order to make him deal with a lot of fair trade affairs for many small companies and the Fair Trade Commission, and therefore, that matter attracts public attention. The Fair Trade Commission has tried to establish the Certified Fair Trade Attorney on Fair Trade Law in 1998 and 2000, but its effort has reserved on account of many lawyers’ opposition. If the Fair Trade Commission tried to establish the Certified Fair Trade Attorney on Fair Trade Law, it had to hear the public opinion and establish the system sincerely. People who want to be the Certified Fair Trade Attorney must pass the exam about the qualification, or have the career and retirement certificates from the Fair Trade Commission. Many people has an attention about the Certified Fair Trade Attorney, and so the Fair Trade Commission has to follow the necessary procedures, for example, holding a public hearing or forum.
